The European Commission’s expert group called ‘Joint Transfer Pricing Forum (JTPF)’ works within the framework of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and operates on the basis of consensus to produce pragmatic, non-legislative solutions to practical problems posed by transfer pricing practices in the EU.
Under their current work programme, they will also try to identify problems that Small and Medium sized Enterprises face with Transfer Pricing.
