The Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base Working Group (CCCTB WG) of the European Commission has elaborated a technical outline of a CCCTB, laid down in a number of Working Papers.
A proposal of the European Commission for a Directive on the CCCTB is however not likely to be made in 2009.
