Agreement of regulators, preparers and the accountancy profession on the implications of IFRIC rejection notes

CESR, BUSINESSEUROPE (formerly UNICE) and the profession have expressed their views on IFRIC rejection notes and the related accounting treatment in the form of a summary note on a meeting between delegations from the three organisations of 27 November 2006. Each of the organisations involved supports the conclusions reached on the implications of the IFRIC agenda decisions as published in IFRIC Update.
