FEE has provided its comments on CESR’s proposed recommendations for the consistent implementation of the European Commission’s Regulation on Prospectuses No. 809/2004. In considering its response, FEE has built on from its letters of 14 April 2004 and 25 May 2004 concerning earlier calls for evidence on this matter.
