The report published today by the European Federation of Accountants (FEE) studies the quality assurance systems and public oversight arrangements of 29 European countries, as of 1 July 2006. Time has come to fully consider the impact of the Statutory Audit Directive says FEE as 11 EU Member States are yet to set up public oversight bodies responsible for audit quality assurance
