EC & FEE Workshop on Treatment of Environmental Issues in Financial Reporting

The European Commission Directorate-General for the Environment, in collaboration with FEE, is to host a workshop on the treatment of environmental issues in financial reporting. The workshop will take place in Brussels on 26 November 2004. Member State representatives, accounting, industry and environmental experts and other stakeholders from across Europe will discuss the implementation of Commission Recommendation of 30 May 2001 on the recognition, measurement and disclosure of environmental issues in the annual accounts and annual reports of companies.
