Event coordinator

With a 20+ people strong team from different countries and backgrounds, Accountancy Europe represents 1 million European accountants, auditors and advisors.  

We are looking for a Brussels-based event coordinator, with strong client relations, logistics and technical skills (ICT) to  run ACE events a state-of-the-art conference centre located in the Schuman area.  

Main responsibilities 

Run the ACE events’ conference centre:  

  • Respond to clients’ needs ahead, during and after the event, including contractual agreement and invoicing 
  • Establish a solid client base and develop commercial relationships 
  • Coordinate all logistical and technical aspects (ICT) relating to the conference centre 

Your profile 

  • Minimum of  3 years of experience in organising events 
  • Excited about all aspects of running a conference center
  • Client-focused and doing what it takes to make their events a success
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude  
  • Structured and methodical
  • Strong planner, assertive and stress resistant 
  • Clear communicator in English and French  
  • ICT savvy: hybrid event technology, MS Office suite, WordPress, Mailchimp 
  • Interest in European public affairs and Brussels-based
