With a 20+ people strong team from different countries and backgrounds, Accountancy Europe represents 1 million European accountants, auditors and advisors.
We are looking for a full-time Brussels-based event coordinator to run ACE events, a state-of-the-art conference centre located in the Schuman area.
Main responsibilities
Run the ACE events’ conference centre:
- Respond to clients’ needs ahead, during and after the event, including contractual agreement and invoicing
- Establish a solid client base and develop commercial relationships
- Coordinate all operational aspects relating to the conference centre
- Develop marketing content
Your profile
- 1-3 years of experience in organising events
- Excited about all aspects of running a conference center
- Client-focused and doing what it takes to make their events a success
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- Structured and methodical
- Strong planner, assertive and stress resistant
- Clear communicator, fluent in English and French
- Marketing & social media experience
- ICT savvy: hybrid event technology, MS Office suite, WordPress, Mailchimp
- Interest in European public affairs and Brussels-based
