On 15th May 2018, Wim Bartels, Accountancy Europe Deputy Chair of the ESG Reporting Task Force and member of the TCFD spoke at the discussion organised by The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Barclays. The discussion focused on the proposals from the European Commission Action plan and the alignment of business strategies and corporate reporting contribution in meeting the SDGs and sustainable finance objectives.
