QED Conference on EU Prospectus Regulation

On 11 July 2017, Piet Hemschoote, Accountancy Europe Deputy Chair of joint Task Force on simplified prospectus spoke at the discussion organised by QED on EU Prospectus Regulation -level 2. The discussion focused on format of the prospectus, the base prospectus and the final terms, and the schedules defining the specific information which must be included; simplified disclosure regime referred for secondary issuances; growth prospectus and scrutiny of prospectuses
