On 12 November, Accountancy Europe co-organised together with FESE, CFA Institute, EBRD and Better Finance a conference to discuss the vision for the future of CMU. Accountancy Europe was represented in the panels by Piet Hemschoote, Chair of our CMU Working Party, who emphasised the need to remove tax barriers to cross-border investment, facilitate SME access to equity finance and use technology for prospectus disclosures.
